Weddings & Executive Retreats

1.	Tents and Chairs - number to be provided. If the wedding is held at the deck on the downstream property, then the reception on the upstream property this will take twice as many chairs or someone will have to move the chairs. (provided by your caterer - recommendations below)
2.	Porta Johns - Depending on the total number of guests you will may to provide additional bathroom service. (provided by you; recommendations below)
3.	Electric - We do not have electric at all areas; therefore, you need to consider a generator (i.e. noise) or an alternate way to provide electric (extension cords) from the nearest cabin. (provided by us)
4.	Flowers - There are local Flower Shops - see below.
5.	Catering - There are local caterers - see below.
6.	Alcohol - There is a one day insurance retainer fee.
7.	Parking - we can park Guests at the Church next door providing they do not have an event scheduled.
8.	Weather - Depending on time of year you may need to have air conditioning or heaters in the tents, again the electrical supply needs to be considered.
9.	Staff Support - Available upon request for parking and/or general support.
10.	Church - As an alternative for inclement weather. The Cabins Assembly of God is next to our property and we can provide the Pastor's information upon request.
